You've waited months for your Dream Girl and finally she comes. You open the box and ::gasps:: she's got yucky legs. You ask yourself what do I do? Well, most say use a hair dryer. I think there is a better way. With a hair dryer you can't control the temp. Well, to fix the leg heat some water. Make sure it isn't to hot, just so that it is warm enough so that you yourself would want to wash your hands in that temp. water. Pour the water into a shallow basin with a thermometer. Note the temp. according to the thermometer. Always keep heated water on hand incase the water gets to cold. Lay Gene's yucky leg inside of the water. Slowly, but surely twist the leg. Also keep some ice water on hand. When you have twisted the leg to perfection in your mind dip the leg into the ice water. There is how I would solve Grubby legs.
A lot of Gene's clothes are Dry Clean only. If you want to clean your Gal Pal's clothes I recommend using Woolite. Put one cap full of Woolite to a sink or basin of water. Word of causion don't wring things out. Fill the sink/basin with cold water add the Woolite. Then lay the outfit in the water as flat as possible. Then push the dress up and down in a bobbing like motion. When finished drain out the water until Dress in laying on the inside of the sink.
For spots. Take a one part Woolite to about two parts water and gently brush in the soap with small toothbrush until stain in completely gone. DON'T RUB TO HARSHLY! Then rinse out the brush and work out the soap. You will need to rinse out the brush several times.
To dry lay out a large bath towel. Lay the dress on top as flat as possible and then fold the towel over the dress. Make sure the dress itself is not folded. Let sit until completely dry.
To fix messy lashes take a wide brush and brush down the lashes until straight. Then with a smaller brush of about 1/4 inches and a knitting needle. Lift up the lashes a little with the knitting needle. Then lay the knitting needle on top and take the brush and brush the lashes so the wrapp slightly on the knitting needle.
Take gardening wire and cut to one inch in length. If full body curls are desired, slip a straw on the wire. The straw should be 1/2 inch in length. Wrap the end of the hair on the straw then clip it down with one side of the wire then roll up the hair and fasten it down with the other end of the wire. If tight curls are desired like those of a BG put a a 1/4 tsp. of gel in with a 3/4 cup of water and mist that onto the curls and it will hold better. If you want to make a flip use the curlers and then brush it lightly around you finger.
If you wish to put Gene's hair into a pony tail go to the local drug store and purchase a bag of braces rubberbands. They work wonderfully. They are about 1/4 inch in diameter and stretch many inches wide.
